The reason the blog url is All About Boss is because since Shia was 2 weeks old his nicknames have been Boss, Boss Man, Boss Sauce, and Boss Burrito. He got the original Boss Man because he was just that, extremely bossy from the word go. We fondly call him Boss now even though he has mellowed out a bit.

Hey I am new to this site so bare with me! My name is Marissa Ann. I am 18 years old. I play several different rolls but the most important one is the one I play best which would be mommy. Yes, you read that right. I am the mother of a handsome baby boy named Shia Oliver. He was born June 8th, 2011 at 6:55p.m. my little bundle of cuteness weighed in at 8lbs 1oz and measured in at 20 inches long. I am very much in love with an amazing man named Brandon. He is the father of Shia and we have been together for 2 years and counting. We may have started our family a little early and a little different then most but I wouldn't change a single thing.
